Vision

Build communities where every person lives with meaning and purpose, guided by curiosity, strengthened by enduring values, and equipped to shape a more compassionate and values based future.

Mission

To provide children an engaging and compassionate self-directed learning environment, cultivating values that have withstood the test of time and developing the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s changing world; A true educational model for the 21st Century.

Grounding Values

Though we have a number of values, we start with focusing on our primary values. These are the grounding values that lead to well-rounded, resilient individuals ready to engage in a positive way with their community and world.

Consciousness

Defined as an ever-changing process of our awareness, consciousness forms the underlying field by which all experiences gather and are to be witnessed. It is the foundation for learning, self-regulating, and providing a launch point to evolve, change and grow.

Wisdom

Wisdom can be simply defined as a person having a profound understanding of ‘self’. So, to be clear, wisdom is not simply that a person is aware that they ‘exist’, but rather, the person may be aware that they have an impact on ‘existence’.

Humility

Being humble is not a weakness but rather, a great strength. Research shows it is a key element in developing resiliency and being an effective leader. It allows us to accurately and honestly know our strengths and areas for growth.

Compassion

This is a ‘vital virtue’ because it refines our understanding of human beings— which begins with understanding that we all suffer as human beings. And because we suffer, we are willing to treat others with love.
